Orders for this service are conditional on compliance with our requirements. These include full disclosure of the identity of each person who is a beneficiary of the company together with appropriate proof of ID and home address. We must also be provided with information and evidence about the precise nature of the business of the company. We reserve the right to refuse orders for this service without explanation.

Confidential

The names and addresses of company directors are placed on the public record and can easily be searched. Nobody can search our records without our permission. Our nominee director serves as a proxy for the beneficial owners and acts in their interests provided they operate fully within the law.

Control

We do not become involved in the running of your business. We provide support, not control. This is not a means of evading personal legal liability; whoever actually runs the business is responsible for their own decisions.

Legal

We provide legal documentation to back our service. So long as the clients keep within the law we maintain service with full confidentiality. Some things can't be predicted, but there is a minimum of rules and filing obligations that each company must comply with each year.
