These include full disclosure of the identity of each person who is a beneficiary of the company together with appropriate proof of ID and home address and permission for us to make appropriate checks and searches on the company and/or the beneficiaries. We must also be provided with information and evidence about the precise nature of the business of the company. We reserve the right to refuse orders for this service without explanation. We will withdraw service if our conditions are breached. ConfidentialThe names and addresses of company directors are placed on the public record and can easily be searched. Nobody can search our records without our permission. Our nominee director serves as a proxy for the beneficial owners and acts in their interests provided they operate fully within the laws of any country where the company operates. We will not disclose information to commercial enquirers. However, if any evidence of legal irregularities arises we will cooperate with the police or other authorities legally empowered to make investigations. ControlWe do not become involved in the running of your business. We provide support, not control. Our Nominee service does not free company owners from personal legal liability; the people who actually run the business are responsible for their own decisions. Some things can't be predicted, but there is a minimum of rules and filing obligations that each company must comply with each year. We monitor the company to see that it is being kept compliant. Responsibility to maintaining compliance lies with the Company Secretary or a Director appointed to do the work of a Company Secretary. To ensure that nothing is missed, we insist that any company to which we are appointed as Nominee has a registered Company Secretary who keeps the Companies House records up-to-date. If required, we can handle these matters through our Company Secretary service.
