Can I use my home as a Registered Office?

Yes... at least as far as Company Law is concerned. The rules require...

That official mail sent to that address will be seen by the company's directors.
That the address is in the country where the company is registered (England or Wales for companies registered in England & Wales or Scotland for companies registered in Scotland)
That it is a full, geographical address (i.e. not a PO Box).
