Our Registered Office service covers the cost of forwarding official mail - but perhaps you need more than that? For a small additional fee you can extend our forwarding services to cover general trade mail. You chooseThis is a flexible solution to meet all kinds of forwarding needs
wherever you are based. Whatever type of mail arrives (letter, package,
parcel) we will forward it to you by the means you have specified
(standard mail, airmail, special delivery, courier). The only limitations
are the amount you have in Postage Deposit and the rules of postal
and carrier services (restricted goods or merchandise).
Simple, cheap, reliableTrade Forwarding is an extension to our Registered Office service, though this service may also be used independently. Either way, Trade Forwarding can be set up for just £30 plus a Postage Deposit of £30 minimum, plus VAT in both cases. Your Postage Deposit can be any amount appropriate to the mail you expect us to handle. Whatever the volume and wherever the destination, we draw from the Deposit the actual cost of Postage (or other shipping fees) plus £0.15 per mail item. When the Deposit is getting low we require a further deposit to top up the fund and continue the service. Ordered Management takes care of the details.Our business runs on excellent software, which is part of the reason for our reputation. But we also take care about small details that can make an important difference. Perhaps that is why our clients say nice things about us. Due careWe take due care of your mail. But you must keep us informed of any change to your contact details. If clients' mail is returned undelivered we suspend the forwarding service until correct up-to-date address information is provided to us. This makes sure that our information is up-to-date so that your mail is always sent to the right address.
